Lord of Mysteries Saves Its Iron and Blood Costume for Strategic Server Winners
The September preview ties Song of Iron and Blood to a winning faction. The rules cover qualification, faction warfare and the reward.
Lord of Mysteries’ latest costume images show a crown, gold armor and a red eclipse. Earning the strategic server’s headline outfit will take a winning faction.
The game’s official September preview names the reward 铁与血之歌, or Song of Iron and Blood. It is a 神降级别 appearance, which translates roughly as a Divine Descent tier cosmetic, reserved for the victorious faction in strategic server warfare. The top four clubs in each division qualify for that competition.
LOTM Universe shared two costume renders on September 9, describing them as strategic server victory rewards. The images put both characters in front of a dark circle ringed with red light, with enough gold trim and sharp metal to make the crown seem almost restrained.
Crowns, claws and a very large collar
The first render shows a red-haired character wearing a dark eye covering and a tall, spiked crown. Gold-edged armor follows the torso and hips, while pointed fingers curl toward the camera. Long black fabric trails down behind the legs. The red light catches the edges of the metal, leaving much of the outfit in shadow.
The second character has an exposed face, a lower crown set with purple stones and a broad white fur collar. A gold breastplate sits over a long dark coat with patterned panels and heavy trim. Both characters pose with one hand raised. These are costume renders, so the eclipse backdrop does not establish an effect that follows the player around in combat.
The reward sits beyond qualification
The official preview places strategic server warfare inside Version 1.2, which begins on September 17. Its preview screen shows 战区筛选 (division selection) ending on September 12, followed by 势力对战 (faction warfare) from September 17 to October 11. A final 神选荣耀 (Divine Selection Glory) phase runs from October 11 to October 14.
The developer lists four activities for the qualified clubs:
| Chinese name | English translation | Announced schedule |
|---|---|---|
| 势力版终末猎杀 | Faction version of Final Hunt | Daily, with dragon hunts on Thursday and Saturday evenings |
| 霜陨领主 | Frostfall Lord | Thursday evenings, a 1,000-player contest for control-point scores |
| 征服宣令 | Conquest Declaration | Sunday evenings, with club declarations of war and multiple factions attacking and defending |
| 猎城战 | City Hunt Battle | Saturday evenings, with 1,000 players fighting to occupy the central royal city |
The winning faction receives the exclusive costume reward. The announcement also says winners can return to their home server and start a parade. It does not explain individual reward eligibility, claim conditions or whether the outfit is permanent.
For players choosing a club around this reward, division placement is the first condition to check. Our combat and PvP guide covers the game’s wider competitive modes.
