How to Pre-Download Lord of Mysteries in China: PC, Android and iOS
A step-by-step English guide to the official Lord of Mysteries China pre-download, with safe download links, platform notes and translated Chinese buttons.

The mainland China client is now available to download. The servers do not open until August 21, but the official schedule lets players install the client and make a character first.
- Pre-download: August 19 at 08:00 China Standard Time (00:00 UTC)
- Character pre-creation: August 19 at 12:00 China Standard Time (04:00 UTC)
- China public launch: August 21
This is the Chinese release. It does not add English language support, and SPARK NEXA has not announced a global launch date.
Use the official download page
Open the official Lord of Mysteries China site. The first screen now has three download controls:

Do not download an installer from a file mirror, a forum reply or a direct-message link. The official page can replace its files when a patch is released, so use the page instead of saving an old direct file URL.
Character pre-creation opens four hours after the download window.
PC installation
- Select PC下载 on the official site.
- Open the downloaded Windows launcher. Its file name begins with
GMZZLauncher. - If Windows asks for permission, confirm that the publisher and download source match the official game site.
- Choose an install folder on an SSD if possible. Keep at least 90 GB free for the download, unpacking and launch patches.
- Let the launcher finish its file check. Do not close it while it shows 更新中 or 校验中.
- When the client is ready, use 开始游戏 to open it.
The public requirements list Windows 10 or later, 16 GB RAM at minimum, and 80 GB of free storage. There is no native Mac client. The official page also promotes a separate cloud-game option, but it is not the same as installing the PC client.
Android installation
- Select 安卓下载 on the official site, or open the official TapTap listing.
- If you use the official APK, Android may ask whether your browser can install unknown apps. Give one-time permission only to the browser that downloaded this official file.
- Install the APK, then remove that install permission from the browser.
- Open the game and let it download any additional data.
The stated minimum is Android 7.1, 8 GB RAM and a Snapdragon 7 Gen 2-class processor. Keep more free space than the initial APK size because the game downloads data after installation.
iPhone and iPad installation
- Select App Store下载 on the official site. It opens the game’s China App Store listing.
- If the store says the app is not available in your region, your Apple Account is not using the China storefront.
- Do not change your account region without first checking active subscriptions, store credit, payment methods and Apple’s region-change rules.
- Install the app and leave enough storage for its first data update.
The listed minimum is iOS 15 and an iPhone 12 Pro-class device. The China listing and the China game account are separate systems. Access to the App Store page does not guarantee that you can pass the game’s login and real-name checks.

Before you spend time on the download
A Chinese phone number may be needed for the SMS login. A phone number alone may not satisfy the game’s separate real-name verification. SPARK NEXA has not published an English process that confirms support for foreign passports.
Do not buy a game account, a rented SMS number or another person’s identity details. If the client only accepts a mainland resident identity card and gives no passport option, wait for an official access method or the global release.
