Lord of Mysteries Player Clears Railway Tycoon With a 4.19 Million Score
A September 8 player report turns a poor opening into a 4,197,479-point railway finish. The result and train upgrade screens explain what the numbers mean.
One Lord of Mysteries player thought their railway run was in trouble after the first two stations. They say they could not afford any goods and doubted they would finish the task. By the end, their result screen showed 4,197,479 points and all 16 stations complete.
The September 8 TapTap post comes from user 🌊🌊🌊🌊, who credits a change in luck partway through the run. The title celebrates reaching four million in 铁路大亨 (Railway Tycoon). Their two screenshots pair the final score with a train upgrade screen.
Four million points, with the reward counted separately
The victory panel, 胜利通关 (Stage Cleared), lists 本局评分 (Run Score) as 4,197,479/1,650,000. The result is about 2.54 times the target displayed beside it. 完成站点 (Stations Completed) reads 16/16, and 本局评价 (Run Rating) shows 铁路大亨 V阶 (Railway Tycoon, Tier V).
Two lines under 本局收益 (Run Earnings) account for the score. Trading earned 3,546,476 商会票券 (Trade Association Vouchers), while the conversion of remaining goods added another 651,003. Together, they total exactly 4,197,479. The goods left at the finish supplied roughly 15.5 percent of that total.
Below those figures, the separate 奖励物品 (Reward Items) box shows an item count of 83,950.
The cab upgrade offers another card refresh
The second screenshot shows 火车升级 (Train Upgrade). The 驾驶舱 (Driver’s Cab) is level 2, the 货车体 (Freight Car Body) is level 4 and the 车轮 (Wheels) are level 5.
The selected cab upgrade previews level 2 to level 3. Its description raises the number of refreshes for each 策略卡槽位 (Strategy Card Slot) from two to three whenever the player enters a region. The listed costs are 150 动力齿轮 (Power Gears) and 55,000 城堡资产 (Castle Assets), against displayed holdings of 720 and 110,000 respectively.
The screenshot shows the 升级 (Upgrade) button, so it records the proposed upgrade rather than proof that the player bought it. It also does not establish which train levels were used during the four-million run.
