Lord of Mysteries Turns Sylvia Into a Marionette for Dungeon Runs
Sylvia joins the Chinese game's orange Marionette roster on October 1. Her Golden Tree Spirit skill adds a shield, attack-triggered shots and a rank-three follow-up.
Sylvia is moving from dungeon opponent to a slot in your Marionette roster. The Lord of Mysteries team has announced an orange Marionette version of 西尔维娅 for October 1 on the Chinese service, with a skill built around sustained damage against one target.
Players may know her from the Tree of Abundance dungeon, where she closes the fight with vines and mushroom enemies. The September 30 official notice gives her new Marionette form a different job. Its role labels are 副本 (dungeons), 单体 (single target) and 持续输出 (sustained damage). The listed equipped attributes are 怪物专攻 and 伤害加深, translated here as monster specialization and increased damage.
Her skill, 黄金树灵 (Golden Tree Spirit), summons Sylvia’s spirit to possess the player. At rank one, that grants a shield and a buff. When the player uses a normal attack or skill, the spirit fires a projectile at the target. The developers specify both an interval between shots and a limit on their number, so the description does not promise a projectile for every attack without restriction.
Rank three adds a second skill activation
Rank two increases the spirit’s damage. At rank three, spirit hits build 黄金威能 (Golden Might). Once those stacks are full, the player can activate a second stage of the skill for high damage against a single target. Rank four improves the shield and buff granted by the possession.
The notice does not give the stack limit, shot interval, damage percentages or shield value. It also does not explain the acquisition method or cost, so there is no supported price or damage comparison to offer yet.
The official image shows Sylvia’s long pink hair, branching white antlers and green-and-gold dress suspended over a pedestal beneath golden strings. It is a character preview, not evidence of her damage in a live dungeon.
Sylvia’s announced arrival comes one day before the 12-player Emperor Returns raid opens on October 2. The developers list her for dungeon damage, but do not say she is required for that raid. Check 西尔维娅 in the game’s 秘偶 (Marionette) interface for the final skill values and acquisition details.
